Rerode Shipping Policy

Effective Date: July 22, 2025

At Rerode, we are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and transparently. Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification, payment processing, and packaging before shipment.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST may be processed the next business day.


Shipping Timeframe

Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days from the shipment date.

Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and carrier schedules.

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item size, weight, or fulfillment location.


Shipping Methods

We use trusted freight carriers and parcel services depending on your order contents, such as complete eMotos, parts, or accessories.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.


Freight Deliveries (eMotos)

Complete bikes are shipped via freight and may require a delivery appointment.

Freight delivery is curbside only. The driver is not responsible for bringing the shipment indoors.

Please inspect your shipment at delivery and note any visible damage with the driver before signing.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Additional shipping charges may apply for non-contiguous states.

We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, international destinations, or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipping Delays

Rerode is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, port congestion, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our control after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist where possible.


Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location.

Shipping for complete bikes may be charged separately or invoiced after purchase depending on destination.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped.
