RERODE SHIPPING POLICY
Effective: December 16, 2025
Pinned Electric is the official U.S. distributor of Rerode electric dirt bikes. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days for order verification, payment processing, and packaging prior to shipment.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST may begin processing the following business day.
Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods or due to factors outside of our control.
Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders may ship in multiple packages based on size, weight, or shipping method.
Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted parcel and freight carriers based on order contents (accessories vs. complete bikes).

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Freight Shipments (Complete Bikes)

Complete Rerode electric dirt bikes ship via freight carriers and may require a delivery appointment.

Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only. Drivers are not responsible for moving products indoors or into garages.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive freight shipments.
Please inspect all freight shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Additional shipping charges may apply for non-contiguous states.

We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Delays
Pinned Electric and Rerode are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, port congestion, or other factors beyond our control once an order has shipped.
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the order as “Delivered.”

If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for filing shipping damage or loss claims directly with the carrier.

Pinned Electric will provide supporting documentation upon request but cannot guarantee claim approval.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

Shipping for complete bikes may be invoiced separately depending on delivery location and freight requirements.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have shipped.
