RERODE RETURN POLICY

(U.S. Customers Only)

Pinned Electric is the official U.S. distributor of Rerode electric motorcycles and components. Due to the nature of electric vehicles, batteries, and performance parts, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

  • Item is returned in original packaging, including all hardware, documentation, and protective materials

  • Item shows no signs of wear, installation, operation, or test fitting

  • Return request is submitted and approved in writing prior to shipment

Any item that has been used, installed, powered on, test-fit, or modified is not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Rerode electric dirt bikes (all models)

  • Batteries

  • Installed, used, or modified products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Wholesale and dealer orders


Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and are not eligible for refund or credit.

Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return authorization and are subject to inspection upon receipt.


Return Shipping Responsibility

For any approved return, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped using a trackable carrier and properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Pinned Electric is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments. Items damaged during return transit may be rejected and deemed ineligible for refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

All orders are inspected prior to shipment. In the event of an issue:

Shipping Damage

  • Inspect shipments at the time of delivery

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos immediately

  • File a damage claim directly with the shipping or freight carrier within 24 hours of delivery

Pinned Electric can assist with documentation if needed; however, damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

⚠️ Shipping damage not reported at delivery may result in denied claims.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@pinnedelectric.com with photos and order details. Claims must be approved before any resolution is offered.


Unauthorized Returns & Refused Shipments

  • Returns sent without approval will be refused

  • Refused or “return to sender” shipments are not eligible for refund

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


Wholesale & Dealer Orders

All wholesale and dealer purchases are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
