Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
-
In unopened original packaging
-
In the same condition it was received
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable:

Batteries
-
Used parts
-
Installed or modified components

Final sale items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To request a return, please contact sales@pinnedelectric.com for approval and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after payment but before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method minus the 5% fee.
If an order has already shipped, it will be treated under the standard return policy, including:

Where required by law, certain consumer rights may limit or override cancellation fees.
Shipping Damage & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is incorrect or defective, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.
Any shipping damage must be noted at delivery and filed as a claim directly with the freight carrier that delivered the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
